Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Place an onion, diced, in a frying pan. Fry, stirring, until lightly golden.

Boil the buckwheat until ready, add salt at the end.

Lettuce leaves arbitrarily and tomatoes cut. For dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
