Defrost the spinach. Punch with an immersion blender together with yogurt and egg.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix with spinach mixture.

Add flour and baking soda. Mix it up.

Put in cupcake molds or 1 mold. We use a silicone rectangular shape of 10 by 5 cm.

Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
