Pour boiling water over the spinach and squeeze it out. Boil the chicken breast in salted water with bay leaf for about 15 minutes, constantly removing the foam. Heat the oil in a bowl with a thick bottom and saute the "chopped onion" and garlic until soft. Add spinach, mix thoroughly.

Put the spinach in a saucepan with broth and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf, pour the soup into a blender and beat until smooth. Pour the soup back into the pan, add the cream, stir and warm up without bringing to a boil. Punch it again with a blender. Serve with croutons and pine nuts. Enjoy your meal!
