Bake the pumpkin for 200C for 30 minutes. Grind with a blender into a puree.

Add agar to the cream, bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.

To the warmed cream, add mashed potatoes, half of the dates, peeled from the seeds and punch with a blender until smooth.

For the base, put the remaining dates and nuts in a blender bowl, chop.

Put the base in a form covered with parchment. The size of my square is 10 by 10 cm.
Put pumpkin mass on top of the base. Put it in the refrigerator until it hardens ~ 4 hours.
