Defrost the mushrooms, drain the excess liquid. Dry on a towel. Boil the pasta until half cooked

While the pasta is cooking, fry the onion in half rings in oil until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry over high heat. As soon as all the moisture evaporates, add cream. Simmer for a minute.

Add the pasta to the mushrooms, cook under the lid for another 4 minutes.
