Ingredients:

Soak the lentils for 8 hours.

In a heat-resistant saucepan, place lentils, gyuvech, well-washed potatoes (if large, then cut), tomato paste, grated garlic clove, salt and pepper.

Add 1 cup of water.

Place in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes.
