Cooking Method

The ribs should be marinated in advance, preferably overnight.
For the marinade, pass the garlic through a press and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Wash and dry the ribs and rub with marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.

After the time has elapsed, fry the ribs in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides. and send it to the oven preheated to 200 C, wrapping the ribs with foil, for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size and desired degree of roasting. Periodically pour marinade.

In the frying pan in which the ribs were fried, fry the "Gyuvech" mixture until cooked (8-10 minutes).
