For the souffle, I took mango puree (purchased from me) and frozen strawberries. I punched everything with a blender.

Gelatin soaked in water and melted in a water bath.

For the base, I mixed a banana with almond flour. You can use ground nuts. The mass was laid out in a ring with a diameter of 16 cm . The bottom was covered with parchment.

Cream 33% whipped into a strong stable foam. Mixed with mashed potatoes and gelatin.

I put the resulting mass on top of the base and in the refrigerator until it solidifies (for 6 hours).
