Cooking Method
Berries (strawberries, raspberries, red currants, blueberries, etc.) wash, dry and remove the stems.
In a water bath, beat the eggs and yolks with sugar, add vanilla sugar. When the mass becomes foamy and homogeneous (5-8 minutes), remove from the water bath and let cool.

Whisk the cream into a foam and mix it with the egg mass. Beat well with a mixer.
Mix cranberry juice with sparkling wine and put the cookies in there for a couple of seconds so that they absorb the liquid a little, but do not get wet. Put it on the bottom of the cake pan. Put half of the berries on the cookies and pour cream over them. Repeat layers. The last layer should be a cream.
Put the tiramisu form in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Before serving, put the tiramisu on a serving dish. Serve strongly chilled.
