Boil the pumpkin without defrosting until ready. Flip it into a colander and drain the water. Use a blender to make pumpkin puree. Separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the yolks with sugar, add pumpkin puree and butter and beat again. Sift the flour with baking powder into the pumpkin mass. Beat the whites well with salt (until soft peaks). Gently mix the proteins with the dough. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. If necessary, lightly sprinkle the frying pan with vegetable oil. Serve with honey, maple syrup, berries and nuts. Enjoy your meal!
