Preheat the oven to 185C.
Cottage cheese should be as dry and homogeneous as possible, it is better to mix soft and granular cottage cheese. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, flour with semolina, a pinch of salt and soda in a bowl, mix thoroughly. Form cheesecakes, roll in semolina.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Put the fried cheesecakes in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size.

Prepare the sauce:
Pour the frozen blueberries and sugar into a saucepan, stirring gently so as not to deform the berries, bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. It should have a consistency similar to jam.
