Preheat the oven to 175C.

Finely chop the onion and fry. In a bowl, mix milk and yogurt, beat. Add the eggs, beat again. In another bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and salt. Gradually introduce the flour into the milk-egg mixture, stirring at low speed. Add oil with mustard, mix again. Add fried onion and grated parmesan to the dough.

Pour boiling water over the broccoli, adjust it to size if necessary.

Grease the muffin mold with oil or prepare paper molds. In each mold, put the dough on the bottom, put the broccoli in the center, pour the dough without reaching the edges of the mold (it turns out about 12 muffins). Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with finely chopped green onions and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
