Cooking Method

Beat the whites with salt. Grind the yolks with sugar. Pour 2 cups of yogurt into the yolks and, stirring, sift the flour. Pour in the milk. Gently stir in the proteins. Fry in a hot frying pan, if necessary, greasing with oil.

Boil the blackberries with sugar for 5 minutes, punch with a blender and rub through a sieve.
