Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan with high sides.

Chop the chili, removing the seeds. If you want a sharper dish, then you can leave the seeds. Add the chili to the pan and fry for 1 minute.

Vegetables for frying are sent to the frying pan. Sprinkle paprika and garam masala on top. Simmer for 10 minutes. At the end, add salt.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving. Everything is ready. Enjoy your meal!
