Cooking Method

We prepare the dough. Mix flour with salt, sugar and a little water. Add 1 egg and knead well. The resulting steep dough is set aside for a while, covered with a towel to avoid weathering.

Hard-boiled eggs and crumble. Spinach is crushed in a blender. Three cheese on a grater. Mix cheese, eggs, spinach – the filling is ready

The dough is plucked off in small portions and rolled into a sausage. Cut the sausage into small pieces and roll them out not too thinly. Spread on the rolled circles and firmly pinch the edges

In boiling salted water, we throw dumplings one by one. When the dumplings pop up, let them boil for another 5 minutes

We take out dumplings with a slotted spoon. Put a piece of butter on top.
