Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in a dry frying pan. Set aside in a separate bowl. You'll need it later.

Tomato paste is diluted in hot water and poured into the meat. We also spread fried bacon here. It will give its flavor to pork during stewing. We leave everything to simmer for 20 minutes. The cooking time depends on the degree of readiness of the meat to your taste. In the almost finished meat, add balsamic vinegar, taste for salt.

Let's cook potatoes. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, spread the potatoes and fry, stirring occasionally. We get beautiful slices in the crust! Serve with fresh cucumbers and dill. Enjoy your meal!
