Spicy chicken with pumpkin, okra and apples

Cut the fillet into arbitrary pieces.

Heat a frying pan with a small piece of oil. Fry the chicken pieces quickly over medium heat.

Chop the onion into small cubes.

Fry the onion in the same pan until soft and golden.

Coriander and black pepper, lightly mash in a mortar (or use ground). Add all the spices. Mix it up.

Pour in the broth, put the chicken pieces, bring to a boil over high heat, add the pumpkin, okra, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the apples into large slices, peel from the seed box. Heat a frying pan with a piece of butter, fry the apples on all sides over medium heat.

Put the apples in a frying pan with chicken and pumpkin, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
