Cooking Method

Cook the meat. To do this, rinse the beef tenderloin in cold water and boil until tender. Do not salt!

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the brisket until golden brown on both sides. Pepper and salt to taste.

Chop the onion and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Brussels sprouts, without defrosting, boil in boiling water and add salt.

Drain some of the water and leave only for extinguishing. Add the toasted onions and carrots to the pan and reduce the heat. Put out the cabbage with other vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add the meat to the vegetables, bay leaf, pepper mix and simmer for about 35-40 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with herbs and serve it to the table!
