Dough for 4 tartlets. To bake the base of tartlets, I used silicone cupcake molds. Mix all the ingredients. Add water gradually, until a soft elastic dough.

Put the dough into molds and flatten, forming the sides. Bake at 180C until golden brown (about 12 minutes).

Mix cottage cheese with honey and fill tartlets.

For jelly, thawed cranberries lightly mash with a spoon to give juice. Add agar and syrup. Boil, rub through a sieve. If you use honey, then add it to the finished jelly to preserve its useful properties.

Pour the warm cranberry juice on the tartlets.
